The User Activities - List of Users report shows a list of the number
of task activities each user in your organization
has made. The report also shows the user role for each user in your organization.
Click a column heading to sort the report or click a user name link to
access the User Activity History report.
To generate the report:
Click the Organization
drop down box and select the Organization that contains the users you
wish to report on.
Modify the Date Range
if necessary; it defaults to the Last 30 Days. Use the Select
Dates button to choose relative dates (Last Month, Last Year,
Last Quarter, etc).

Click the Generate Report
button.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the User Activity report and where
the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Organization - Defaults
to the division based on the user's org. Change the filter to see another
org.
Last X Days - Defaults
to Last 30 Days. Change if necessary.
Report
Columns
User Name - List
of all user names for a particular division. Can sort this column to see
user names in ascending order. Click the hyperlink to see dates and times
the actions occurred via the User
Activity - History for User report.
Name - Name
of each user. Can sort this column to see names in ascending order.
User Roles - List
roles for each user.
# Submitted - Number
of tasks submitted for a particular user in a specific time period. Column
can be sorted showing most to least submitted.
# Completed - Number
of tasks completed for a particular user in a specific time period. Column
can be sorted showing most to least completed.
# Skipped
- Number of tasks skipped for a particular user in a specific time
period. Column can be sorted showing most to least skipped.
