The User Activities - History for User report shows a list of task activities
for a specific user by date and time.

Below is a list of information in the User Activity report and where
the information comes from.

Days Previous - Allows the user to filter the report by searching
back the number of days entered.

Columns
Username - User
name from the previous page.
Action -
Action user performed on a specific date & time (submitted,
completed, or skipped a task).
Activity
Date - Date user performed a specific action.
Time - Time
user performed a specific action.
