The Job Status by User - All Jobs report shows the jobs associated with
a specific user and key information about each job.
To generate the report:
Click the Available
Users field to select a user.
Click the Subdivision
field to select a subdivision or all subdivisions.
Select Yes or No for the Show
Pause/Hold Days and Show Percent
Complete fields.
In the Max Rows
field, type the number of rows you want to see displayed, per page.
Click the Generate
Report button.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Status by User - All Jobs
report and where the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Available Users - List of users from your org down.
Subdivision - Allows
the user to filter jobs by subdivision.
Show Pause/Hold Days -
Allows the user to display the Pause/Hold
Days column and the Net Day’s Behind column.
Show Percent Complete
- This filter will display the Percent
Complete column.
Max
Rows - Enter a number of maximum number of rows to display on the
report.
Report
Columns
Job Name
- Shows the name of the job as it is listed on the Jobs Home page.
Plan/Elevation/Swing
- Shows the plan/template used to create the job, the exterior
elevation and the swing (usually R or L).
Start Date
- This reflects the date the job was originally planned to start.
This date comes from the job detail page and may not be the date of the
first task in the schedule.
Baseline
End - Shows the latest baseline end date of any task in the job.
Adjusted
End - Shows the latest adjusted end date of any task in the job.
Days Behind
- Shows the difference between Baseline End and Adjusted End.
Negative numbers are jobs that are ahead
of schedule.
Last Task
Status Change - Shows the date and time the last change on any
task occurred.
Pause /
Hold Days - Shows the total number of days the job has been on
hold plus
the number of days in duration of pause tasks.
Net Days
Behind - Shows the days behind minus
Pause/Hold Days.
Last Stage
Complete - Shows the stage that was last completed for the job
and the date it was completed.
Stage(s)
in Progress - Shows the current stage in progress and
the date the first task started (earliest start date of any task).
% Complete
- Shows the number of complete tasks in the job divided
by the total number of tasks. This column only appears if the user chooses
Yes on the Show Percent Complete filter.
Subdivision
- Subdivision to which the jobs below it belong (under Job Name column).
Jobs Found/Displayed
- Total jobs listed that fit the filter criteria. Shows Jobs Displayed
if the Max Rows is less than the number of jobs found.
