Vendor Payment

The Vendor Payment Report displays payment or check information paid to each supplier or trade. Use this report to confirm a check has been issued for a particular PO number. Note that your company must be integrated to BuildPro and sending payment/check information before this report may be run. Also, users must have the Jobs - Financial role in order to see dollar amounts of each check. If you do not have this role, the dollar amounts will be displayed as '$XX.XX'

 

To generate the report:

  1. Select a Division from the filter list. Select other filters as necessary.

  2. Click the Generate Report button.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Vendor Payment report and where the information comes from.

 

Report Filters

Division - List of divisions from your organization and down.

Job - List of jobs from the divisions you select.

Check # - Enter a check number to filter the report by that check number. May be left blank to filter by all checks.

Invoice # - Enter an invoice number to filter the report by that invoice number. May be left blank to filter by all invoices.

Date Type - Allows you to filter the report by Check Date (date the check was issued) or Task Completion (date the task was marked complete in BuildPro).

Subdivision - List of communities from the division selected. Select a subdivision to filter the report by that subdivision.

Supplier - List of vendors or trades for the division or community selected. Use this filter to view payment information by one supplier.

Order # - Enter an order number (PO Number) to filter the report by one order number.

Subtotal By - Use this filter to determine how the subtotal rows are generated in the report. (Check, Subdivision, Job, Supplier, or Check)

Date Range - Defaults to the past two weeks. Use these dates to filter the report based on the Date Type filter selected.

Report Columns

Subdivision - Name of the community associated to the. This may be blank if the payment is not associated to a task in BuildPro.

Job - Name of the job. This may be blank if the payment is not associated to a task in BuildPro.

Task Name - Task name associated to the check. This date may be blank if the payment is not associated to a task in BuildPro.

Task Compl Date - Date the task was marked complete in BuildPro. This date may be blank if the payment is not associated to a task in BuildPro.

Supplier - Trade or vendor name associated to the check.

Order # - Order number from the back office accounting system.

Invoice # - Invoice number from the back office accounting system.

Check Number - Check number on the check.

Check Date - Date on the check.

Payment Amount - Dollar amount of the check.

Payment Status - Displays the check type/status. (Machine Check, Hand Check, Voided Check, Correction, Reversal)
