Job Notes History
The Job Notes History Report allows you to see notes entered for a Job(s).
To Generate the Report:
Select a Division, Community, Job Status, Job, Supplier Status, Supplier, User Status, and User.
Choose to Show System Notes. System Notes are notes entered by BuildPro when certain actions are performed such as those by integration.
Choose a Note Type. Notes in BuildPro are broken into different types.
Use the Note Created dates to find notes within a date range.
Click the Generate Report button.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Closings by Month Trend report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Division - will contain a list of Divisions from your Org down. If you are at the Division level, this filter will default to that Division. If you are above the Division level, you must select a Division.
Community - once a Division is selected, a list of all active Communities will appear in the Community filter. The default will be Select Community. You must select a Community. Once a Community has been selected, the report will refresh the list of Jobs in the Job filter.
Job Status - will contain a list of Job Statuses. After selecting a Job Status, the Job and Supplier filters will be populated.
Job - select a Job or All Jobs.
Supplier Status - will default to Active.
Supplier - choose a Supplier or All Suppliers.
User Status - choose a User Status and the list of Users will be populated.
User - choose a User or All Users.
Show System Notes - will allow the user to include system generated notes. Default will be No.
Note Type - will default to All Note Types. This will allow users to filter the report by different types of notes (EPO, EPO Approval, EPO Decline, Exception, MPO Approval, MPO Decline, Note, Punchlist Defect, Schedule Change, and Undo Transaction).
Note Created (to and from) - standard date filter for ReportConnect allowing users to input a “to” and “from” date or click the Select Dates button to choose relative dates. Default will be 30 days prior (notes from the last 30 days).
Report Columns
Job - will display the name of the job
Task - will display the name of the task if the note is associated to a task; if no task is associated (job level note) display ‘NA’
Supplier Name - name of the supplier associated to the task/PO.
Note Type - will display type of note.
User - will display the first and last name of the user that entered/created the note (if the note was system generated, display ‘System Generated’
Note - note text/content of the note.
Date Created - date note was created including the timestamp.
