Multi-Family Template Schedule

This report shows a Gantt chart view of a Template for a Multi-Family Project. If the Template is linked to other Templates within the Project, tasks from all linked Templates will be displayed also.

 

If two or more Templates are linked, you may choose any of them from the Template filter. All tasks from all linked Templates will be shown in the report.

 

To Generate the Report:

  1. Select a Division.

  2. Select a Project. Change the Project Status filter to see Closed Projects.

  3. Select a Template.

  4. Change the Start Date if necessary. The default is today's date. The Template schedule will use this date for the first task in the Template.

  5. Click the Generate Report button.

 

The left column contains a list of  Tasks along with the Template Name in parentheses. Dates are displayed across the top. Start and End dates of each Task are represented by blue cells. The green cells represent the lead time for each task. Start and End dates for each task are based on predecessor relationships defined in the Template. Gray cells indicate weekends.

 

If you have selected a Template that is linked to other Templates in a Project, all Tasks from each linked Template will be displayed. The Start and End Dates will be based on predecessor relationships defined in each Template. Start and End dates for Tasks with predecessors in other Templates will be determined by those predecessor relationships.
