Job Administration
Delete Jobs

A job can be deleted only if all the tasks are in Scheduled, Skipped, or Complete status. If at least one task is In Progress status, the user must complete/cancel the task(s) before deleting. Also, the job cannot be deleted if there are tasks to be exported to the accounting system. After the export has run, the job can be deleted.

To delete one or more jobs:

  1. Choose a Division from the filter. A list of Subdivisions will appear in the Subdivision filter.

  2. Choose a Subdivision from the drop-down list. A list of jobs will appear based on the filter selections.

  3. Click the check box next to each job that you want to delete.

Some jobs may have conditions that prevent them from being deleted. Symbols in the Delete column will indicate the condition:

* - indicates the job has tasks In Progress. These tasks must be completed or cancelled before the job may be deleted. Click the hyperlinked Job Name to go to the JME page and complete or cancel these tasks.

$ - indicates the job has completed tasks that should be exported to the back office for payment. Wait until the next export run to delete the job.

~ - indicates the job is a multi-family job and has predecessors in other jobs. These predecessors must be removed first. Go to the Multi-Family JME page (Predecessor View) to remove these predecessors.

  1. Click the Delete Selected Jobs button at the bottom of the page.
