Job EPO Address Update

The Job EPO Address Update page allows you to update the EPO addresses for jobs within your organization. The EPO address is the email address that is used to notify back office personnel that an EPO has been created for a specific job and needs processing. This mass update page gives you the ability to update many email addresses at once, saving time.

To see a list of EPO Addresses for jobs:

  1. Use the Organization, Subdivision, and Job Status filters to generate a list of jobs.

If you do not change the filters, the default will be to bring back all jobs.

  1. If necessary, change the Max Rows field.

  2. Click the Show Jobs button. A list of jobs will appear, showing the Job Name, Primary User, Job Status, and the current EPO Email address.

  3. Change the email address to the correct address.

  4. Click Update Jobs.

To quickly change email addresses, use the copy and paste functions on your keyboard (Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V).
