Multi-Family Floor Management

After adding Buildings, you must add at least one Floor. The Multi-Family Floor Management page allows you to add, update, and delete floors similar to the Multi-Family Building Management page.

You may use the Building Management, Floor Management, or Job Management tabs for easier navigation. The names are hyperlinked.

 

To add a Floor:

  1. Enter the Floor Name and Floor Sequence in the Add Floor section of the Multi-Family Floor Management page.

  2. Then click the Add Floor button.

Floor Sequence is used for display purposes (displaying the floors in order using the Sequence Number. This way you do not have to worry about naming the Floors so they appear in correct order of a filter. The picture below shows Floors in order of Sequence. If they were ordered by Floor Name, Fourth Floor would be after First Floor.

 

To update a Floor:

  1. Click the Edit link beside a Floor to edit the Floor Name or Floor Sequence once the Floor has been added. The Edit link will change to an Update and Cancel link. Click Update to apply your changes.

 

To delete a Floor:

  1. Click the Delete button. Note that all Jobs must be removed before the floor may be deleted. The Floor count is displayed next to the delete button. Click this link to go to the Multi-Family Job Management page and remove jobs from the floor.
