The Job Status page allows you to change the Status of multiple Jobs at one time.
To change the Status of Jobs, select a Community. The page will refresh with a list of Job from the selected Community (based on the Job Status). Click the Show Jobs button. This will return a list of single family jobs for the Job Status selected.
To change the Status of "New" Multi-Family Jobs, choose a Community and then a Project. The Building filter will refresh with a list of Buildings from the Project. Choose a Building.
To change the Status of "Old" Multi-Family Jobs, choose a Building from the Building filter. Do not choose a Project when changing the status of "Old" Multi-Family Jobs.
All Jobs in a Multi-Family Building must have the same Job Status. Use the Select check box in the column heading to change the Status.
Use the link in the Job Name column to view the Job in the Multi-Family JME page.
Use the link in the Open Order column to view a list of POs that have not been started or completed for the selected Job.
Select the Job Status from the Change Job Status To filter and click the Update Job Status for Selected Jobs button.
Jobs cannot be put on Hold or taken off Hold (re-activated) on this page, unless the "Hold Jobs" module is turned on. Go to the Hold Jobs page on the Job Admin tab to put a Job on Hold.
