Subdivision Purchase Order Summary

The Subdivision Purchase Order Summary page shows summary information, tasks associated with an order and any historical information. You can also cancel or retransmit orders from this page.

 

To use the Summary tab:

  1. Click the Retransmit button to retransmit the order electronically to the supplier.

  2. Click the Cancel button to cancel this order.

 

To use the Tasks tab:

  1. Click the Add Tasks link to add more tasks to this order.

  2. Click a task link to see detail cost information for a task.

 

To remove tasks:

  1. In the Remove column, click the box next to the task you want to remove.

  2. Click the Remove Tasks button.

 

To use the History tab:

  1. Click the History tab to see a list of actions that occurred on this order.
