Organizations

The Supplier Management &endash; Organizations page shows the current organizational relationships for your supplier and lets you add a new relationship.

 

To add a new relationship:

  1. In the Relationship Detail section, type the appropriate Account Number to be used.

  2. In the Contact Name field, type the name of the supplier contact person.

  3. In the E-Destination field, type the email address for the supplier.

  4. Click the Transmit PO to Vendor check box to send the order to the vendor electronically.

  5. Click the Transmit Completion Notice check box to send completion notices electronically.

  6. Complete the Acct E-Destination field with the email address for  the Accounting department so that  purchase order completion notices are received.

  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.

  8. Complete the Warr E-Destination field with the email address for the Warranty department so that notification for warranty work is received.

  9. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.

  10. If necessary, type any alternate supplier identification in the Alt Supplier ID field.

  11. Click the Supplier Location field and choose the appropriate location.

  12. Click Add Relationship. The Supplier Summary page opens.
