Add Organization

The key to adding an organization is first deciding if the org will be a subdivision or not. If the org will be a subdivision, leave the check box checked that says 'This organization is a subdivision and will contain jobs.' If the organization will not be a subdivision, un-check the check box at the top of the Add Organization page.

 

To add an organization:

  1. Complete the Organization Detail section which provides general information about the org.

  2. Complete the Billing Address section with the address information for where to send invoices.

  3. Complete the Shipping Address section with the address information for where to ship items.

  4. Complete the Authorization Information section which will set the defaults for these fields to the organization.

  5. Complete the Integration Information section with information to be used when jobs are created from this org.

  6. Click Add Organization.
