Organization Detail

The Organization Detail page lets you view and modify information about an existing organization, create new organizations, view user information and add integration information for a specific org.

 

The Organization Detail page is divided into four tabs (click each name to see more detail):

  • Summary - Use the Summary tab to maintain your organization's detail information, billing address and shipping address information.

  • Users - Use the Users tab to see a list of all BuildPro users within your organization.

  • Integration - Use the Integration tab to add integration information and to change an integration job user assignment.

  • Holidays - Use the Holidays tab to add or maintain company holidays.

 

 

Summary Tab

Use the Organization Detail Summary tab to maintain your organization's detail information, billing address and shipping address information. Users at companies with certain PO formatters will also see a section called Legal Information. Enter legal text in this field, and it will appear in the Legal Information section of the PO formatter. Only users with certain PO formatters and with division-level access will see this section.

To modify an existing organization:

  1. Change any field as needed, referring to the Field Descriptions for assistance.

If any of the fields mentioned in the Field Descriptions do not appear on your screen, that means that your organization is not using that feature of BuildPro. For any questions about this feature, contact your BuildPro administrator.

 

  1. Click the Update Organization button to save your changes.

  2. Click the Return to the Organization List link to display the Organization List page.

 

 

Users Tab

You use the Users tab to see a list of all BuildPro users within your organization.

To see a list of users for this org:

  1. From the Organization Detail page, click the Users tab. A list of users for the org appears.

  2. Click the user name link to see the User Detail page.

  3. Click the Add a New User link to add new users.

  4. Click the Return to the Organization list link to return to a listing of your organizations.

 

 

Integration Tab

You use the Integration tab to add integration information and to change an integration job user assignment. If any of the fields mentioned in the steps below do not appear on your screen, that means that your organization is not using that feature of BuildPro. For any questions about this feature, contact your BuildPro administrator.

To modify integration information:

  1. On the Organization Detail page, click the Integration tab. The Integration Information section appears. View more details about the Integration tab fields.

  2. Click the Primary User field and make the appropriate selection.

  3. In the EPO Email field, type the necessary email information.

  4. If this user is allowed to transmit EPOs, click the Transmit EPO check box.

  5. If Saturday and Sunday are considered workdays on the job schedules for this user, click Saturday Workday and Sunday Workday.

  6. Click the Update Organization button.

To change an Integration Job User Assignment, click the Change Integration Job User Assignment link, then click the Help link and follow the directions to complete the Integration Job Users page.

 

 

 

Holidays Tab

The Holidays tab lets you view, add, and delete holidays for an individual organization. Current holidays default to the highest organization within your company. But, if a holiday is added at a lower organization, only the jobs below that organization will use the new holiday. View the example below.

To add company holidays:

  1. In the Add New Holidays section, type the dates of the holidays you want to add.

  2. Click the Add Holidays button.

  3. To delete company holidays, click the red X next to the holiday you want to delete.
