The Role Detail screen allows you to view the attributes assigned to
a specific security role. Following is a description of the security attributes:
Add:
Allows users the ability to add data. For example, a user granted
”add” capability in the security roles area of BuildPro,
would be able to ”add” a new security role. Change:
Allows users to change existing data. For example, a user granted
”change” capability in the security roles area of BuildPro
would be able to ”change” the name of a security role. Delete:
Allows users to delete existing data. For example, a user granted ”delete”
capability in the security roles area of BuildPro would be able to ”delete”
a security role. View:
Restricts access to ”view” only. No changes, deletions
or additions are allowed.
