Task Categories

The Task Categories page shows a listing of all task category groups for your organization. If you do not see a listing of task category groups on this page, then your organization has not created any.

 

To add a new task category:

  1. Click the Add New Task Categories link.

  2. From the Add Task Categories page, type the appropriate code and description for the task categories you want to add.

  3. Click Add Categories.

 

To update a task category group:

  1. Change any description as needed.

  2. Click Update Categories.

 

To delete a category:

Click the red next to the category you want to delete.

You cannot delete a task category until all template tasks and all job tasks no longer refer to it.
