Trade Partner Survey - Add or Update Company Questions
These questions are setup at the company level and associated to a specific Account Code. When the task associated to the Account Code is completed in BuildPro the user must answer the questions. All questions should be phrased so they may be answered with Yes or No (Yes being the positive answer). Results are then totaled and may be viewed in the Trade Partner Survey report.
Trade Partner Survey Questions are stored at the company level but will span the same Account Code across Divisions. For example, if 5 questions are entered for Account Code 10099, the same 5 questions must be answered in every Division by the user when the task (PO) with Account Code 10099 is marked complete.
When a new Division goes live, questions do not have to be entered for Account Codes that already have questions. Only new Account Codes that division uses must have questions entered.
To enter questions for an Account Code, select the Account Code from the Account Code drop down box. Remember, this list comes from all Account Codes from all Divisions. Then enter the Sequence Number (order the question will appear in the questionnaire) and Question.
To update questions for an Account Code, select it from the Account Code drop down box. Modify the Sequence Number or Question and click the Update Questions button. No two questions may have the same Sequence Number.
Be careful when modifying the Question. Changing the question will change it but all previous answers will not be changed.
To change the Status of a Question, choose the Status from the drop down box and click the Update Questions button.
Questions may be deleted only if they have not been answered in a questionnaire.
