Welcome to BuildPro WebHelp. The BuildPro WebHelp provides overviews
of the BuildPro application and detailed instructions for using the application.
BuildPro is an internet based builder management, scheduling, and procurement
system that uses wireless technology to extend the system to the field.
This is so a construction manager has access to his job schedules and
can manage them in real-time. Back office personnel can access this information
at any time, too. Your security roles, and the modules your company purchased
determine which tabs you can see and access in the application.

Navigation Tips
The BuildPro WebHelp system provides you with instant, page-specific
help topics that corresponds to the page of the application you are viewing.
With the WebHelp system, you can access the
following:
Step-by-Step Procedures
The WebHelp system provides step-by-step procedures and information
regarding each application page or report. Procedural text is in bold
font to indicate a specific button, field, or page that designates an
action.
For example: Click the Supplier field and select the appropriate
supplier.
To
print a help page:
In the top right of the help page, under the BuildPro
logo, you'll the button.
Click the Print Me
button.
In the Print box,
select the appropriate printer.
Access to the WebHelp System
Each time you click the Help link,
located in the top right of each page in BuildPro, you see a page-specific
help topic that opens in a secondary window. To
go back to any previous page, you can either right-click your mouse and
select back, or press the
backspace key.
To
launch the complete WebHelp System:
Click the Table of
Contents link located on the top left-side of each help topic to
launch the tri-pane view, which allows you access to the Table of Contents,
Index and Search functions. The
tri-pane view appears, defaulting to the Contents
tab.
Click within the Table of Contents to expand a
list of topics or chapters within the book.
Click to display the help topic in the right pane of the
WebHelp system.
Using the Index
You can click the Index button
to search all help topics, or use key words to scan index entries.
Type key words in the Index
field to scan index entries or scroll through the index.
Click the desired entry to display the help topic in
the right pane of the WebHelp system.
Using the Search function
Use the Search tab to locate information based on your search criteria.
Type the desired search criteria in the Type
in the word(s) to search for: field and click the GO
button.
Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks, which are shown in bold, blue type, instantly show information
regarding a different topic.
Related Topics
Related Topics provide you with a list of additional topics that are
similar to the current one you are using. Click the Related
Topics button at the bottom of each help topic and make the appropriate
selection from the pop-up window.
Support Contact
Support Contact information is at the bottom of each help topic,
providing you with the necessary phone number and email address for the
Hyphen Solutions Customer Care.
