Learn about the Project Bid page

To download or view project bid trade documents:

1. Click the Trade Documents button in the top left of the page. The Trade Documents pop-up window opens.

2. To view Trade Documents:

1. Click on the Document Name

3. To download Trade Documents:

1. Click the Download check box next to the document you want to save on your computer.

• Clicking on the Select All link will place a check mark in the check box next to all Trade Documents

• Clicking on the Clear All link will remove all check marks in the Download column for all Trade Documents.

2. Click the Download button. The Download pop-up window opens.

3. Click the Download button on the pop-up window. The Browse for Folder dialog box opens.

4. Click on the folder or location where you want to save the document.

5. Click the OK button. The Download pop-up shows that the file was successfully saved to your chosen location.

6. Click the Close Window button on the Download pop-up window. The saved file is now located on computer in the location you chose.

4. Click the Close Window button in the Trade Documents pop-up window.

To download project bid drawings:

1. Click the Drawings button in the top right of the page. The Drawings popup window opens.

2. Click the Download Drawings check box next to each plan that you want to view.

1. Clicking on the Select All link will place a check mark in the check box for all drawings.

2. Clicking on the Clear All link will remove the check mark in the check box for all drawings.

3. Click the Download Drawings button on the left side of the page. The Download pop-up window opens.

4. Click the Download button. The Browse for Folder dialog box opens.

5. Click on the folder or location where you want to save the document.

6. Click the OK button. The Download pop-up window shows that the files were successfully saved to your chosen location.

7. Click the Close Window button on the Drawing pop-up window. The saved file is now located on computer in the location you chose.

To view drawings attached to a plan:

1. Click the Drawings button in the top right of the page. The Drawings popup window opens.

2. Click the Drawing Name

3. Click the Close Window button on the Drawing pop-up window.
