This page is the starting point for managing requests to bid from BuildPro builders who are running BidConnect. It provides a list of all of the bidding projects that have a project status of Active, Pending, Closed, or Complete. Bid projects that have a status of In Setup, or Canceled do not show on the list. Projects that are in a Pending status may be viewed but bids cannot be submitted for them. Projects are sorted by project status by account. Thus active projects will be at the top of the list.

To view project details:

1. Choose an Account from the drop-down list in the Search Criteria box.

2. Click the Search button.

3. Click on the Project Name link of the project you want to view. The Subcontractor Project Detail page opens.

Project List Columns

• Account - The name of the builder

• Project - The name of the bidding project

• # of Plans - The number of plans included in the project

• Bids Due - The date that bids are due to the builder for the project

• Bid Awards - The date the builder anticipates awarding contracts (bids) for the project

• Status - This column displays the status of the project

• Active - The builder is still accepting bids for this project

• Pending - The builder is still setting up data so bids cannot be submitted cannot be submitted for the project.

• Closed - Bids are in the process of being awarded but you can no longer submit bids

• Complete - Bids have been awarded and you can no longer submit bids

• Bid Uploaded - The column contains the date of the last bid submitted for the project.

• New projects will be blank in the Bid Uploaded column.

• If the subcontractor has submitted one or more bids for the project, the Bid Uploaded column will contain the date of the last bid uploaded.

• If a bid has been "invalidated" by the builder and needs to be resubmitted, a will appear next to the bid uploaded date.
