The Add a New Pricesheet page allows you to create a new product pricesheet
for catalog item pricing. Multiple pricesheets may be used to manage different
pricing levels for different builders, projects, regions, etc. For detailed
directions on adding, maintaining, editing and deleting pricesheets, see
the Pricesheet List topic.
From the Catalog
tab, select Pricesheet List.
To add a pricesheet, click
the Add a New Pricesheet link.
In the Pricesheet
Name field, type a name for the new pricesheet.
In the Set Product Prices
area, select an option for setting new pricesheet prices.
-
I want to set
SKU prices individually
If you choose to set SKU prices individually,
you do not need to fill out any other fields on the page and can click
the Add New Pricesheet button
to generate the pricesheet. You will then need to edit your catalog item
prices individually.
-
I want to set
prices adjusted from another Pricesheet
If you choose to set prices adjusted from another
pricesheet, you must fill out the remaining parameters on the page.
Choose the pricesheet that
contains the prices you want to modify from the From
Pricesheet list.
-
Select either Plus
or Minus to establish the Difference Type.
If the new prices will be higher than the old pricesheet,
select the Plus option. If the
new prices will be lower than the original pricesheet, select the Minus option.
-
In the Percent
Different field, type the percentage by which you want to either
lower or increase the new prices compared to those currently in the pricesheet
chosen from the From Pricesheet list.
Since you must enter a percent, type 0 if you wish
to simply copy the pricesheet.
-
Click the Add New
Pricesheet button. Depending on the size of your catalog, the system
may take a minute to create a new pricesheet.
Once you add a new pricesheet to the system, all
catalog Product Detail pages show the pricesheet in the Pricing
Category and New Prices
sections.
To update product pricing
