Catalog Management

The Catalog Management tab provides all of the functions needed to manage your company's product catalog, including your department/inventory hierarchy, price lists, and product exclusion lists. Click on either the links on the main Catalog Management tab page or the links on the left navigation bar to access the desired feature.

The Catalog Management page shows the following options:

Search Catalog provides access to the entire catalog. It supports product search by either department or key word and links to Product Detail to update product information or add new catalog items
Department List supports the framework and hierarchy for your product catalog, allowing you to categorize like items and providing a means to easily locate products
Pricesheet List is used to establish and maintain catalog item pricing, and manage product price lists for different builders, projects, regions, etc.
Update Product Prices allows you to systematically update product prices on specific pricesheets
Product Exclude List provides a means of compiling a list of products you do not want to offer to specific customers or locations and associating that list with a specific builder account
Import Specifications details SupplyPro's import capability used to create a company catalog

SupplyPro's Catalog module is an optional feature in SupplyPro. Unless your company has specifically implemented it, you will not have access to the Catalog tab or any of the associated pages and functions. Phone your Hyphen Solutions, Ltd. Customer Care Representative or Account Manager for assistance with implementing this feature at your company.
