Incorrect Pricing

Any pricing or line item detail changes sent from BuildPro to SupplyPro appear as a Pending Change Order alert. For a supplier to see exactly what has changed, you must view the order detail on the alerted order.

Line item detail and price changes appear on the order detail page as negative line items to offset the original item and its pricing. Then, the new line items appear with the changed detail or a new price.

To accept the change request:

  1. Click the Change Requests tab.

  2. Click the Respond button. The Change Request Details page opens.

  1. If needed, change the Acknowledged Start Date or the End Date.

  2. If needed, add any additional information in the Note to Builder field.

  3. Click the Accept Change button. The alert is now cleared.
