Repairs

From the Alert list, the Assigned Trade (supplier) can drill down into the Inspection repair by selecting the description field. The description field is hyperlinked and when selected will display the Inspection repair details.

From the Repair Search link An Assigned Trade can Search by Builder Accounts, Subdivision, Job, Alert Type or Priority

The Repairs Detail Section displays information by Location, Category/SubCategory, Description, Priority, Repair Status, Inspected Date, Due Date and Days Late

Assigned Trades can drill into hyperlinks in the Location Category/SubCategory Description field to access Repair Details.

From Repair Details an assigned trade can add a note by clicking the Add Note button or mark the item repaired by clicking the Mark Repaired button

If a phone has been attached to the Repair the assigned trade can view that photo from the Repair Details page.

Repair History can be displayed or hidden through the Hide Repair History/Show Repair History link
