Whenever a TBD Vendor is changed in BuildPro, the Load Calculator is
started, using the Task Start Date and the Task End Date as the time period.
If the Load Calculator returns an overload condition, you are notified
that the overload condition exists and you are asked if the vendor is
to be changed, or to go ahead and update despite the overload condition.
To assign suppliers to plans/tasks:
Click the Plan
Task Name link.
Result:
The Pending
TBD Suppliers page appears.
Click the box in the
Select column for each task you
want to assign to the new supplier. Click the New
Supplier field and select a new supplier. Click the Update
Tasks button.
