An EPO, also known as a “Hot Shot," is a new task that is an order
placed for a specific job. An EPO may be used for order replacement materials
if they are stolen from a job site. The job administrator must approve
all EPO’s. When the EPO is created, an email is sent to the job administrator
for approval and submission.
Creating an EPO via this Wizard is a 3-step process. The first step
in creating an EPO is to click the job stage link where the EPO task will
appear.
