The Job Detail page lets you view and update information about a job.
When a job is complete, change the job status from the Status
tab. To select a different job, click the job link in the Job Name column.

If any of the fields listed
in the Field
Descriptions Table do not appear
on your screen, that means that your organization is not using that feature
of BuildPro. For any questions about this feature, contact your BuildPro
administrator |
To update Job Detail information:
Change any of the fields
as needed, referring to the Field
Descriptions Table as needed.
If you changed the
Start Date or the Promised
End Date, choose one of the three options at the bottom of the
screen regarding recalculating the job schedule.
Click the Update
Job button.
To
change the status of a job:
Click the Status
tab.
Click the Status
field and make the appropriate selection, referring to the Field
Descriptions Table as needed.
Add any relevant notes
in the Notes field.
Click the Update
Job button.
To update lot information:
Click the Lot
Information tab.
Change any of the fields,
referring to the Field
Descriptions Table as needed.
Click the Update
Job button.
