The Batch Rescheduling page lets you adjust the schedule across multiple
jobs. You can choose to reschedule all jobs in a subdivision, or just
one job. This page shows you the
original baseline end date for the job. The Scheduled end date is the
maximum adjusted end date of any task in the schedule. Days ahead or behind
is the difference between baseline and scheduled. Red numbers indicate
a job that is behind schedule.
Batch Rescheduling affects only in progress tasks. The in progress tasks
are affected by the number of days entered in the Days
to Reschedule field. In progress tasks that are past the start
date will have their duration increased by the number of days entered
in the Days to Reschedule field.
In progress tasks that have not reached the start date of the task will
be rescheduled by the number of days entered in the Days
to Reschedule field. Negative numbers can be entered and will move
the job schedule up instead of out. Click
here for a full explanation of the effects of changing the schedule.
