A recurring lien document is a lien document that will be processed
on a regular basis. It acts like a template for lien documents. You set
up the recurring doc once, and then you generate lien documents from it
as many times as needed. You can edit the recurring doc at any time.
On the Lien Docs Home
page, click on the Add Recurring Doc
button under the Setup Lien Doc
column. The Select State Doc page opens.
Choose an Account
from the drop-down list.
Choose a State
from the drop-down list for which you want to view lien documents.
Click the Show Doc
button. The list of lien documents for that state appears.
Click on the magnifying glass under the View
column to view the blank lien document. The lien document PDF opens in
a separate window.
Click on a State Lien
Doc link to create a recurring doc. The Add Recurring Doc page
opens.
Change the Lien Doc
Name, if necessary.
Choose a Trigger
from the drop-down list: No Trigger
(Manual) or Payment Data.
If Payment Data
is the Trigger, the Process and
Apply To drop-down lists appear.
Choose how to Process
the lien documents. Choose from the Apply To drop-down list
to create this lien document for POs, EPOs, or both.
Choose an option from each drop-down list in the Map Document Fields section.
View the blank lien doc by clicking the View
Doc link in the top right of the page.
