Before you begin using SupplyPro, the system must know something about your company. The Company Profile page allows you to set up contact information, certain operational policies, and the holidays which your company recognizes.
You need to use the Company Profile page if your company has moved and you need to change the address, or your contact information needs to be updated.
The Company Profile page includes the following tabs/sections:
The Detail tab is the default page that appears when you select Company Profile. This is where you enter your company’s contact information such as name and address. You may also define your back order policy as well as any promotional messages you wish to communicate to builders in BuildPro.
The Holidays tab lets you view, add, and delete holidays for your company. When you add a company holiday, you are indicating to the system that your company is not available for work on that day.
The Crew Filters tab allows you to add, modify, and disable crews. After Crews are created, a filter will appear on the Received Orders, To Do Orders, Orders Pending Approval, and Completed Orders page. This allows you to assign a crew to each specific order. Also, order pages may be filtered by Crew.
To edit information on the Detail tab:
On the Company Profile page, click the Detail tab.
Edit the Contact Information, Address, or Order Management Controls. Required fields are marked with a red arrow.
Click the Update Company Profile button to save your information.
To edit information on the Holidays tab:
On the Company Profile page, click the Holidays tab.
In the Add New Holidays section, type the dates of the holidays you want to add.
Click the Add Holidays button.
To delete a holiday, click the red next to the holiday you want to delete.
