User Manager

The User Manager page displays a list of users currently defined in the system. Once users are created, you can edit user information, assign security roles, and establish user attributes. Typically, only users assigned a system administrator security role would be able to access the User Manager page.

 

To edit user information:

  1. From the Manager tab, select the User Manager link.

  2. To locate the user quickly, select the highlighted letter corresponding with the user name in the User Index located at the top of the page. O,r view all users and scroll to locate the user name you wish to edit.

  3. Click the User Name link to access the User Detail page and update the required information. The User Detail page manages user attributes.

  4. Edit user information as required.

  5. Choose Saturday Schedule or Sunday Schedule, if applicable.

  6. From the User Status list, edit the user's status.

  7. From the Security Role list, choose the applicable security role for the user.

  8. In the Address section, adjust the user's address if different from the company address.

  9. Choose a Weather Forecast for display on your SupplyPro Home page.

  10. Click the Update User button to save the edited user information.

  11. To assign or remove specific accounts to or from the user, click the Assigned Accounts tab.

  12. Click the Update Assigned Accounts button to save changes.
