Account List

SupplyPro's Account Manager link accesses the Account List page to display your company’s accounts along with their current status. From this page you can perform the following tasks:

To edit an existing account:

  1. From the Manager tab, click the Account Manager link.

  2. Locate the account you wish to edit using one of the following methods:

  1. In the Account column, click the account name link to access the Account Detail page.

  2. Update the required information on the Account Detail page, account name and address, as well as the following:

  3. If you are using SupplyPro's catalog module, the Supplier Control section will include lists for selecting a pricesheet and an exclude list. See the applicable catalog topics for details on adjusting these default selections.

  4. Click the Update Account button to save your changes.

  5. To add or remove users from the account, click the Assigned Users tab and select or clear user name check boxes as needed.

  6. Click the Update Users button to save user assignments.

  7. Edit another account at any time by choosing the account name from the Select Account list at the top of the page.

At least one user must be assigned to each account. Assigned users are able to view builder purchase orders sent from BuildPro. Users cannot view builder orders unless they are assigned to the specific builder account.
