The Schedule Management: Graphical View shows each task in a template
for a task predecessor job schedule, the task type (in parenthesis next
to the task name), each task’s stage, ID, predecessors, start/end dates,
sequence and a graphical view of the length of each task. You have three
views: Advanced, Stage and Task (or Graphical). The Advanced View lets
you modify the predecessors, sequence, lead time, duration and offset
for each task. The Stage View just shows the Start and End Dates for each
stage if the job using this template were to start today. The Task (or
Graphical) View is where you set your predecessor tasks and the sequence
of each task.
The navigation pane shows the duration of a job using this template,
the number of construction days and the end date of a job using this template
(if the job started today). The red graph represents critical path items,
and the blue graph represents non-critical path items.
