Completed Tasks by Week Summary

The Completed Tasks by Week Summary report displays the number of tasks that were completed each week during the year.

Click the View Printable link to generate a printed copy of this report, or you can click the View in Excel link to see the data in MS Excel. Once the data is in Excel, you can arrange the data to suit your needs.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Click the User drop-down menu and select the appropriate user.

  2. Click the Supplier drop-down menu and select the supplier for the tasks on the report.

  3. Click the Year drop-down menu and make the appropriate selection.

  4. Click Accept Filters.

  5. Click the desired week on the calendar.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Completed Tasks by Week Summary Report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

User - This is a list of all users. The default is 'All Users' but individual users can be selected.

Supplier -  Can filter the report by a single supplier or all suppliers. The default is 'All Suppliers'.

Year - This filter will restrict the completed tasks shown by the year selected.

Monthly Calendar - Click a specific week on the calendar and completed tasks for that week appear on the report.

Report Columns

Task/Job - This is the task name and job name for the completed task.

Task Type - The task type (PO, reminder, memo, etc).

Actual Start - This is the date the task was started in BuildPro; not necessarily the start date of the task.

Duration - Number of days duration for the task.

Completed Date - The date the task was marked complete in BuildPro.

Cost Code - The cost code or accounting code assigned to the task.

Supplier - The supplier assigned to the task.

Amount - The dollar amount of the task or PO.
