The Construction Schedule - Jobs report shows lot number, model number,
elevation & garage, and start date of each job within a specific phase
of a subdivision and the dates each task was started for that job.

Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Construction Schedule Report and
where the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Subdivision
- This shows the name of the subdivision originally selected.
Phase -
This shows the name of the phase within the subdivision.
Color-coded
status:
Scheduled – any task date that is in blue
is scheduled.
Completed – any task date that is black
is already completed.
In Progress – any task date that is green
has been ordered, but not completed yet.
Skipped – any task that is skipped will
say Skipped in yellow (no date is shown).
Cancelled
- any task that is cancelled will show the date in red.
Jobs -
This numeric designation shows the number of jobs within the specified
phase of the subdivision.
Report
Columns
Model Number
- This is the number of the model for the job.
Elevation
& Garage - This is the elevation designation and shows what
side of the house the garage is on.
Start Date
- This is the start date the job.
Activity
- Under the Activity heading is a list of tasks and the task type.
