Constructions Status II

The Construction Status II report shows, by organization or subdivision, job status, total number of days, pause/hold days, and the current status of each stage of a job.

For each job, the report shows the lot, template name, start and promised end dates, the contract date, the date you received the selection sheet, the financing expiration date, the release for construction date, the total number of job days, as well as the designated stages and milestones. The stage column shows the maximum baseline end date of any task for that stage, the actual end date of that task and the variance between the two.

To generate the report:

  1. Make your choices from the Org/Subdiv, Job Status, Total Job Days, Show Pause/Hold Days and Use Date Task Completed filters, by clicking their drop-down arrows. (The "Use Date Task Completed" filter will change the second date used in the stage column. Selecting 'Yes' will use the date the user completed the task and selecting 'No' will use the end date of the task.)

  2. Click Generate Report. The Construction Status II report will open.

The Milestone Module

You can change how  the Construction Status II report calculates the variance between the dates for each stage by using the milestone module. Contact Hyphen Solutions Customer Care for information about using this module.

If the milestone module is used, the report will display the maximum baseline end and maximum adjusted end dates for the stage’s milestone task. If there is more than one milestone task within the stage, the dates are used from the latest milestone task.
