The Construction Status report shows, by subdivision, job status, and
pause/hold days, the current status of each stage of a job. The report
lets you see each job, the start date, the projected completion date and,
how many days the job is ahead or behind schedule.
To generate the report:
Select the Subdivision, Job Status, Show
Pause/Hold Days, and Use
Date Task Completed filters as needed.
Click Generate
Report.
The Milestone Module
You can view the milestone dates for each stage, on this report, if
the milestone module is used For help on using milestones with this report
contact Hyphen Solutions Support.
If the milestone module is used, the report will display the maximum
baseline end and maximum adjusted end dates for the stage’s milestone
task. If there is more than one milestone task within the stage, the dates
are used from the latest milestone task.
If the milestone module is turned not used, the report will display
the maximum baseline end & maximum adjusted end for each stage.

Where Does That Come From?
Below is a list of information in the Construction Status Report and
where the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Org/Subdiv
- Use the Subdivision drop down box to filter the report by that
subdivision.
Job Status
- Use the Job Status drop
down box to filter the report by job status.
Show Pause/Hold
Days - Use the Pause/Hold Days field to view the number of pause/hold
days for a job.
Use Date
Task Completed - The Use Date Task Completed filter will change
the second date used in the stage column. 'Yes' will use the date the
task was marked complete and 'No' will use the end date of the task.
Report
Columns
Job Address
- Same as the job name found on the jobs tab.
Start Date
- Shows the start date of the job.
Various Stages - Show the stages for the jobs. The stage names
can vary by job, subdivision, etc.
Job
End Date - End date of the job.
Days +/-
- Shows the
number of days a job is ahead or behind schedule.
Pause Hold Days - Shows the total number
of days for all Pause tasks in the job.
Net Days +/- - Shows the number of days
a job is ahead or behind schedule.

The
three dates within each Stage
column represent:
Top Date - Baseline
end date for the stage.
Middle Date - Adjusted
end date for the stage.
Bottom Date - Difference
between the baseline and adjusted dates.

The three dates in the Job End Date
column represent:
The
top date is the baseline end date for the job.
The
bottom date is the adjusted end date for the job.
The
number is the difference, in days, between the top date and the bottom
date.
