The Job Close by Month - Summary report shows a list of jobs that are
scheduled to close during a specific month and year. There are 2 sections
to this report: the Job Close by Month Summary and the Job Close by Month
– Job Summary which lets you see how ahead or behind schedule a particular
job might be. Use the View

To generate the report:
Click the Report
End Date By drop-down menu and select either Promised
End Date, Projected (Adj) End
Date, or Financing Expire Date.
Click the Job
Status drop-down and choose a job status.
Click the Month
field and choose the appropriate month.
Click the Year
drop-down and choose the appropriate year.
Click the Show
Pause/Hold Days drop-down and choose Yes or No.
Click Generate
Report.
Click the job
name link to see a detailed report.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Close by Month Report and
where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Report End Date by - Allows the user to filter the report criteria
by Promised End Date, Adjusted End Date, or Financing Expire Date.
Job Status - Allows
the user to filter the report by Job Status.
Month - Allows
the user to filter the report by only looking for the Report End Date
in a specified month.
Year - Allows
the user to filter the report by only looking for the Report End Date
in a specified Year.
Show Pause/Hold
Days - By selecting Yes in the drop down box, two additional columns
are displayed on the report: Pause/Hold Days and Net Days. Selecting No
will hide these columns from the report.
Report Columns
Job -
The Job column lists all your job names. Each job name is a hyperlink
to the Job Close by Month – Job Summary report.
Promised
End Date - Date coming from the job detail page. This date has
no bearing on the schedule and is for informational purposes only. This
date can be sent through integration or added after the job is created.
Financing
Expire Date - Date coming from the job detail page. This date has
no bearing on the schedule and is for informational purposes only. This
date is currently not mapped in integration but can be added after the
job is created.
Projected
(Adj) End Date - The maximum or farthest out adjusted end date
in the job schedule- regardless of job stage.
Diff -
The difference between the Promised End Date and the Projected (Adj) End
Date.
Pause/Hold
Days - Number of total days the job was placed on hold or paused.
Net Days
- The Net Days column shows the sum of the Diff Column + the number
of Pause/Hold days
Status -
The Status column shows the current status of each job.
House Type
- The House Type shows the status of the house (Sold,
Canceled, Model, Pending, Spec,
Transferred, or Closed).
Calendar
Days: The number of days from the minimum adjusted start date of
any task to the maximum adjusted end date of any task. This
includes weekends and holidays.
Work Days:
The number of days from the minimum adjusted start date of any task to
the maximum adjusted end date of any task. These
dates exclude holidays and take into consideration the Saturday/Sunday
check boxes on the job.
Subdivision
Total: The Subdivision Total row shows the total number of jobs,
by subdivision.
