The Job Dates Report shows key dates associated to jobs such as baseline,
adjusted, selection sheets received, release date, contract date, and
financing expiration. Use the View
In Excel link for printing options.
The Job Dates report is in three sections:
Job Dates – Active
Subdivisions: shows
the subdivisions for your organization and the number of jobs within each.
Job Dates – Active
Subdivision Jobs: shows the jobs within a selected subdivision
and the Promised End Date, Baseline End Date, Adjusted End Date, Selection
Sheet Received, Release Date, Contract Date, and Financing Expiration
Date.
Job Dates – Active
Subdivision Job Summary: shows
each task for a job, the supplier, when each task was supposed to start,
when it actually started and the number of days late.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Dates Report and where the
information comes from.
Report Filters
Subdivision
- Subdivision selected from the previous page.
Organization - Organization
for the subdivision selected.
Report Columns
Job - This
is pulled from the Job Name field on the Job Detail Summary page.
Promised
End Date - This is pulled from the Promised End Date field on the
Job Detail Summary page.
Baseline
End Date - This
is the maximum baseline end date for the entire job which can be found
on JME under the Baseline End column.
Adjusted
End Date - This
is the maximum adjusted end date for the entire job which can be found
on JME under the Adjusted End column.
Selection
Sheet Received - This is pulled from the Selection Sheet Received
Date field on the Job Detail Summary page.
Release
Date - This is pulled from the Release Date field on the Job Detail
Summary page.
Contract
Date - This is pulled from the Contract Date field on the Job Detail
Summary page.
Financing
Expiration Date - This is pulled from the Financing Expire Date
field on the Job Detail Summary page.
