The Job Initiation report shows a list of your organization's
subdivisions and the number of phases in each. Click into a subdivision
to more detail including baseline dates for job tasks, adjusted dates,
and the number of days late for these tasks. Use the View
In Excel link for printing options.
To generate the report:
Click a subdivision link to open a list of all
jobs that have started within the subdivision.
Click a permit number to see task level detail
for that job.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Initiation Report and where
the information comes from.
Report Filters
Job Name
- This is the actual name of the job within the subdivision.
Subdivision
- This field shows the name of the subdivision.
Phase -
This field shows the phase name.
Selected
- This field shows the address of the job you selected from the
previous screen.
Report Columns
Task -
The Task column shows all tasks for the job.
Supplier
- Supplier associated to the task.
Initial
Start - Baseline start date of the task.
Adjusted
Start - The Adjusted Start column shows the date the task was started.
Days Late
- Difference in days between the Initial Start and Adjusted
Start.
