The Job Initiation report shows a list of your organization's subdivisions
and the number of phases in each. Click into a subdivision to more detail
including baseline dates for job tasks, adjusted dates, and the number
of days late for these tasks. Use the View
In Excel link for printing options.
To generate the report:
Click a subdivision link to open a list of all
jobs that have started within the subdivision. Click a permit number to see task level detail
for that job.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Initiation Report and where
the information comes from.
Report Columns
Subdivision
- This field shows the name of the subdivision.
Organization
- The Organization column lists the name of the organization responsible
for the subdivision.
APN - Comes
from the APN field on the subdivision detail page.
Phase Count
- The Phase Count column shows the number of phases for the subdivision.
