The Job Initiation report shows a list of
your organization's subdivisions and the number of phases in each. Click
into a subdivision to more detail including baseline dates for job tasks,
adjusted dates, and the number of days late for these tasks. Use the View
In Excel link for printing options.
To generate the report:
Click a subdivision link to open a list of all
jobs that have started within the subdivision.
Click a permit number to see task level detail
for that job.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Initiation Report and where
the information comes from.
Report Filters
Subdivision
- The subdivision selected from the previous page.
Organization
- The Organization column lists the name of the organization responsible
for the subdivision.
APN - Comes
from the APN field on the subdivision detail page.
Report Columns
Permit -
The Permit column lists the permit numbers for each job within a specific
phase of the subdivision.
Lot - The
Lot column lists all lot numbers for the jobs.
Address
- The Address column shows the address for each job.
Plan -
The Plan column shows the selected schedule template used to create the
job.
Elev -
The Elev column shows the elevation for the job.
Swing -
The Swing column shows the designated swing for the job. The designations
are R or L.
