Job Starts by Month - Detail

The Job Starts by Month - Detail report shows a list of jobs that were started during a specified month and year.

To generate the report:

1. Click the Year field and choose the appropriate year.

2. Click the Month field and choose the month when the job started.

3. Click Go.

    

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Job Starts by Month Detail Report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Year -  If you need to change the year, click the field and make the appropriate selection.

Month -  To see a report for a different month, click the month field and make a different selection.

Report Columns

Job - Job name. Same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab. This link will take the user to another page to view task level detail.

Subdivision - The Subdivision column lists the subdivision where the job is located.

Phase - The Phase column shows the phase of the subdivision where the job is located.

Established Date - This is the date the job was created in BuildPro.

Start Date - Start date of the job from the job detail page. This may not necessarily be the start date of the first task in the schedule.
