The Job Status report shows you the status of jobs within a subdivision
by stage and by task.
The Job Status report contains 3 sections:
Job Status -
Active Subdivisions: shows a list of active subdivisions for your
organizations, and the number of jobs within each subdivision.
Job Status –
Active Subdivision Job: shows a list of active jobs within a specific
subdivision and the status of each stage within the job.
Job Status –
Job Summary: shows
the supplier, initial start date and adjusted start date for all tasks
within a specified job. This gives you a quick view of the number of days
behind schedule or ahead of schedule for each task.
To generate the report:
Click the appropriate Subdivision
link to see a listing of jobs within that subdivision.
Click the Job
link to see task level detail.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the
Job Status report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Job Name
- The name of the job that this report summarizes.
Subdivision
- This shows the subdivision name you chose from the previous page.
Phase -
This shows the name of the phase within the subdivision.
Report Columns
Task -
Shows all tasks for the job. Tasks
in red have not been started, but should have been started prior to the
current date.
Supplier
- The Supplier column shows the name of the company supplying the
goods or services for this task.
Initial
Start - This is the baseline start date for the task which is pulled
from the Initial Date field on the Job Task Schedule page.
Adjusted
Start - This is the adjusted start date for the task which is pulled
from the Adjusted Date field on the Job Task Schedule page.
Days Late
- Difference in days between the Initial Start and Adjusted Start
columns.
