The Order History page displays a graphical representation of order activity for all accounts for the current year by month, so you can see when activity peaked or dropped. The text portion of the report page summarizes the same data, including the number of orders and the number of items ordered and shipped each month.

To generate the Order History report:

1. To limit the report to a particular account, select a builder account from the Account list.

2. If you choose a specific builder account from the Account list, your report page supplies you with an option to limit by Subdivision (provided the builder account has subdivisions, jobs, and orders).  To limit the report to a particular subdivision, select an available subdivision from the Subdivision list.

3. To select an alternative year for order analysis, click the Order History field and choose the appropriate year.

4. Click on a particular month in the Month column to view the Order Item History page, including a list of all items ordered and shipped.
