Order Summary

The Order Summary page lists all orders for the current month by order status and builder account. The report page shows the builders' job information, along with job start dates and specific task descriptions.

The Order Summary page presents a monthly summary of orders organized by status, account, and job using the following default report criteria:

To generate the Order Summary Report:

  1. To limit the report to a specific account, click the Account field and choose the appropriate builder account.

Result: The Subdivision and Job Address fields appear as part of your search criteria.

  1. If needed, click the Subdivision field and make the necessary selection.

  2. If needed, click the Job Address field and make the necessary selection.

If you type the beginning number of the job address, the system takes you to that part of the Job Address list. Or, use the Job Address freeform text box and type a text string with a portion of the job address.  When you click Search, the system retrieves orders that include that specific text string in the job address.

  1. If needed, click the Order Status field and choose the appropriate status from the list.

  2. To view orders for another time period, type new start dates in the Start Date From and To fields.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. Click the order number link to see additional information on the order from the Order Detail page.

  5. Click the job name link to view additional information about the job.

  6. Click the View Printable link to display a printable version of this page in an auxiliary browser window. Adjust report criteria as needed prior to printing. Use your browser's print options to send your report to the printer or to a file.
