Builder User Performance

The Builder User Performance Report shows performance of users based on when scheduling activities should occur. This report looks at two things:

  1. The lead date of the task and if it was submitted to the supplier on or before the lead date.

  2. The end date of the task and if it was marked complete on or before the end date.

Use the View Printable and View In Excel links for printing options.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Select the Organization from the drop-down menu. The report page will refresh.

  2. Then select Job Primary User, Job Status, and Task Type from the filters. Enter a PO Created From and To date in the text boxes.

  3. Click Generate Report.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Builder User Performance Report and where the information comes from.

 Report Filters

Organization Filter - Contains a list of organizations from BuildPro.

Job Primary User Filter - This is a list of all users assigned as the primary user on at least one job.

Job Status Filter - Defaults to 'Active'. This can be used to filter jobs by status (Active, Closed, Inventory, etc).

Task Type Filter - Defaults to 'Purchase Order'. This filter can be used to show performance on specific types of BuildPro tasks.

PO Created From and To Date Boxes - The default for these date boxes is blank. These can be filled in to find the performance for a specific time period.

Name - Displays the name of the job. This is the same as the job name from the Jobs Tab.

Primary - Name of the primary user assigned to the job.

 Report Columns

Started Tasks

% Not Enough Lead Time - The number of tasks started after the lead date divided by the total number of started tasks for the job. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

%Started Early - The number of tasks started before the lead date divided by the total number of started tasks. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

%Started On Time - The number of tasks started on the lead date divided by the total number of started tasks. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

Avg Days Late - The average number of days past the lead date the task was started.

Completed Tasks

% Paying Early - The number of tasks marked complete before the end date of the task divided by the total number of completed tasks. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

% Approved Late - The number of tasks marked complete after the end date of the task divided by the total number of completed tasks. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

% Completed On Time - The number of tasks marked complete on the end date of the task divided by the total number of completed tasks. Multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage.

Avg Days Late - The average number of days past the end date the task was marked complete.

Total % - The number of started tasks started on or before the lead date plus the number of completed tasks completed on or before the end date divided by the total number of started and completed tasks.

% of Suppliers on SP for the selected Org - The number of suppliers on SupplyPro divided by the total number of active suppliers belonging to the Org selected from the drop down.
