Job Superintendent Productivity by Job

There are 2 productivity reports available for you to track the jobs assigned to a specific superintendent: Job Superintendent Productivity and Superintendent Productivity by Job. The Job Superintendent Productivity report tells you the percentage of production for each job by project and the Job Superintendent Productivity by Job report will show you the start date, duration, adjusted duration, the number of days off schedule and the percentage of production for each job assigned to a specific superintendent.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Click the Job User field and choose the appropriate user name.

  2. Click the Job Status field and choose the appropriate job status for the jobs that you want to see on the report.

  3. Click Show Jobs.

You can click the View Printable link to see the report in a format that can be easily printed, or you can click the View in Excel link to see the information in MS Excel. Once the information is in Excel, the data can be sorted and printed.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Job Superintendent Productivity by Job report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Job User - Allows the user to filter the report by job primary user assigned to each job.

Job Status - Allows the user to filter the report by job status.

Report Columns

Job Super - User assigned as the job primary.

Job - Job name. Same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab.

Status - The Status column shows the status of each job (Active, Cancelled, Complete, etc).

Start Date - The minimum or earliest Baseline Start date of any task in the schedule.

Init End date - The maximum or latest Baseline End date of any task in the schedule.

Duration -  Number of days in duration between the Start Date column and the Init End Date column.

Adj End Date - The maximum or latest Adjusted End date of any task in the schedule.

Adj Duration - Number of days in duration between the Start Date column and the Adj End Date column.

Days Off - Difference between Adj Duration and Duration.

Production % - Duration divided by Adj Duration.
