The Task Schedule page shows current active jobs with scheduled orders by job start date - oldest jobs first. The report shows the complete job task schedule, including start date, end date, and associated supplier. Use the job and task links to access additional job or task information.
Builder job schedules are calculated and maintained in Build Pro. To access a job schedule for jobs with active orders, click the Orders tab and select the job link from the Jobs with Active Orders list.
To generate the Task Schedule:
To filter the information in this report, complete any of the fields mentioned in steps 1-5. If you do not change any of these fields, the information you see will be for all of your accounts with the task status of Scheduled.
To limit the report to a particular account, select a builder account from the Account list.
If you choose a specific builder account from the Account list, you have an option to limit your information by Subdivision (provided the builder account has subdivisions, jobs, and orders).
If you choose a specific builder account and subdivision from the Account and Subdivision list, you have an option to limit the report by Job Address.
To view complete tasks, tasks in progress, or all tasks besides scheduled tasks, select an alternative from the Task Status list.
To limit the report to a specific task/order start date range or end date range, type the new dates in the Start Date From and To fields or the End Date From and To fields.
Click Search to refresh the page view.
Scroll through the active jobs and task schedules by clicking on the arrows located on the right side of the page. The report displays the number of jobs and pages for this report view.
If more than one page appears, use the paging buttons to scroll through your report.
Click to locate the first page of information.
Click to see the previous page.
Click to see the next page.
Click to see the last page.
To sort the order in which jobs appear on the page click on any of the job row headings.
To view the job schedule, click the link in the Job column.
To view additional information on the task, click the task name link to access the Task Summary page.
Click the View Printable link to display a printable version of this page in an auxiliary browser window. Adjust report criteria as needed prior to printing.
Use your browser's print options to send your report to the printer or to a file.
