SWIM

When the Assigned Trade (Supplier) logs into SupplyPro they will now see an alert matrix for SWIM on the SupplyPro Home tab.

Here the Assigned Trade (Supplier) can select the SWIM Corrective Actions Alerts matrix. When an alert is selected the user will be taken to the SWIM page.

On the SWIM tab a list will display where the Assigned Trade (Supplier) can view all the alerts by status. The list shows all the builders with an Updated alert for the Assigned Trade (Supplier) to review.

From the Alert list, the Assigned Trade (Supplier) can drill down into the Corrective Action by selecting the description field. The description field is hyperlinked and when selected will display the Corrective Action details.

In the Corrective Action detail view the Assigned Trade (Supplier) can add a note for the builder to review, mark the status of the corrective action to ‘Repaired’ and print the repair details.
